does cleveland police badge have underlying message?

cleveland police badge reveals the image of a pig?
"The logo dates back to the late 1960s when the department revamped their look. Right after the Hough Riots, it was changed in an attempt to change the face of the police department."

a couple local news outlets have uncovered a conspiracy that goes back decades and has prompted cleveland police to boycott recovering stolen cars!

well, that last sentence i made up (it's been nearly 3 months that my car been stolen) but that quote at the top is from the head of the CPD union. i find it a little ironic that they decided to go with that image to "change the face of the police department".

let it be written: i stand by the CPD!
